Community Guidelines & Fair Play Policy

Hobio is built to provide a fair, respectful, organized, and enjoyable environment for recreational sports players.

By using the platform, all users agree to follow these Community Guidelines and Fair Play rules when interacting with other players, administrators, and the platform itself.

Users are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.

The following behavior is not tolerated:

• Harassment or intimidation
• Threats or abusive language
• Discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics
• Aggressive or hostile behavior
• Repeated toxic communication
• Unsportsmanlike conduct during or after matches

Hobio reserves the right to warn, suspend, or permanently remove users who violate these rules.

Players are expected to participate honestly and fairly.

The following actions are prohibited:

• Intentionally submitting false match results
• Manipulating rankings, ratings, or match outcomes
• Creating multiple accounts
• Allowing another person to play under your account
• Deliberately avoiding matches to manipulate rankings
• Intentionally registering in an incorrect skill category to gain unfair advantages
• Abuse of scheduling rules or platform systems

Repeated abuse may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Players are expected to:

• Respond to scheduling requests within reasonable timeframes
• Respect confirmed match times
• Arrive on time for matches
• Communicate clearly and honestly
• Make reasonable efforts to play assigned matches

Repeated no-shows, inactivity, or disruptive scheduling behavior may result in warnings, default losses, temporary inactivity status, or account suspension.

Users participate in sports activities at their own risk.

Hobio is not responsible for:

• Injuries
• Accidents
• Physical conditions
• Disputes outside the platform
• Damage to personal property
• Court conditions or third-party facilities

Users are responsible for evaluating their own physical condition and ability to participate safely.

Users may report:

• False results
• Harassment
• Repeated no-shows
• Suspicious behavior
• Serious rule violations

Hobio administration reserves the right to review reports, request additional information, and take appropriate action at its sole discretion.

Hobio reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove accounts for:

• Serious rule violations
• Repeated disruptive behavior
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the platform
• Threatening or dangerous conduct
• Repeated failure to follow platform rules

Suspended or banned users may lose access to active subscriptions, rankings, tournaments, and platform features without refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Platform administrators may take action when necessary to protect the integrity, fairness, safety, and proper functioning of the platform.

Administrative decisions regarding warnings, suspensions, bans, disputes, ratings, matchmaking, and rule enforcement are final unless otherwise required by law.

Hobio may update these Community Guidelines and Fair Play rules from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised rules.
